This option is for those who prefer to workout from the comfort of their own home. Sessions will be through Zoom and based on client’s current equipment inventory. NOTE: You may need to expand your home gym to further facilitate reaching your fitness goals.
This option is for those who don’t like working out alone, would like the additional accountability from a fellow friend or family member, and would also like to save a little bit of money on their training program.
- Online Mobility Group Fitness Sessions (30 mins Sat/Sun @ 11AM EST/8AM PST)

- Online Low/Non-Impact High Intensity Interval Training Group Fitness Sessions (30 mins Tues/Thurs @ 8:30AM EST/5AM PST)
COMING SOON… This option is for those who want to spare their joints as much as possible, have limited time to workout, need to burn a lot of calories, and want to incorporate some strength training in their exercise program.
