Description: Want to increase your range of motion and improve mobility in your joints and muscles? Then you’ve come to the right place. This FREE and LIVE Zoom Group Fitness class consists of 15 minutes of gentle body-weight strength training to help get your blood flowing and increase mobility in your muscles and joints followed by 10 minutes of gentle static stretching of all the major muscles and muscle groups. It’s perfect for exercisers of all levels. Modifications will be given if needed! The class lasts about 25-30 mins.
Optional Equipment: Yoga mat, rug, carpet, pillows for knees, and/or yoga blocks
