Weekly Lessons Learned IV

  • You have to act like a BOSS to feel like a BOSS.
  • If you have to force yourself to do something you normally love doing, maybe it’s time to take a break.
  • Don’t be afraid to change up your routine if you’re bored of your current one. It doesn’t mean you’re a failure. Sameness kills motivation. Remember, variety is the spice of life!
  • PM workouts are just as good as AM workouts. It’s all about how you push yourself.
  • Eat breakfast first thing in the morning for an energy boost!
  • It is important to get enough sleep as much as you can so you can tackle your day as well-rested as possible to prevent burnouts down the line.
